This year our congregation has take a lot of time to corporately lament with our brothers and sisters as America grapples with its history and present realities of racism. We've searched for songs to sing that our hearts are bleeding for and our souls are longing for.
Psalm 40 has been on our lips often as cycles of violence continue to repeat. This was recorded live on September 25th 2016 as our congregation gathered once again to mourn and look to Jesus. We sampled clips of Dr. Martin Luther King's famous and poignant "Mountain Top" speech as we sung.
This was a time of healing for our congregation and we are blessed to be able to share it with you.
